Ouch! That probably took a long time to do. I'm assuming that's a guy's foot? He probably lives in a tropical zone so he can wear flipflops always to show his tattoo.

I think that is really horrible that it sort of creeps me out! I have a tattoo and that hurt on my back I would of cried if that was done to my foot!
